These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("User" or "You"), and Ubicuo Libres Pensadores S.L. ("Nexprix", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the Nexprix SaaS platform (the "Site" and the "Services").
The document covers the provider's corporate information required by Spanish law, the acceptance and legal capacity needed to contract, intellectual and industrial property, the conditions for using third-party APIs and data, fees and payment terms, the withdrawal right and subscription cancellation, the limitation of liability, the security and data policy, and the governing law and jurisdiction.
