Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Addendum is an integral part of the Nexprix Terms of Service.
The Customer (Data Controller) appoints Ubicuo Libres Pensadores S.L. (Data Processor) to provide the Nexprix marketing analytics service. The document covers the scope of processing, its nature and purpose, the personal data types and categories of data subjects, the processor's obligations, the authorised sub-processors, security incident notification, and the return or deletion of data once the service ends.
